I have found that music can be a unfeminine space to be in as such, and therefore embracing this degree of femininity was an extremely challenging task for me. It was a challenge to be strong, feminine, as well as soft, yet maintain a healthy lifestyle and not be a burden to others, was an uphill task for me. I've loved it quite a bit, I've loved having a dress and heels every day and having these pretty curls and soft materials. The pressure was there because I am a newer actor than the rest of the actors involved in Fantastic Beasts. It was a strange feeling during the auditions that there was a huge pressure on me. It seemed like I might either be smashed under it, and fall apart due to how badly I wanted it and how massive this was or climb over the to the top of it and let it pull my upwards. There is a possibility to go on days just walking around, exploring coffee shops, museums and parks. In LA you are often alone, but in London you are able to take the Tube and are right in the thick of humanity and everyone who you imagine will be going by. I like watching the people around me. In the world of music, you are constantly around men. The feeling is that there is a need to be in intimate situations with people all day long. The books were a wish to come true for myself. I read some of the novels on tour It's fantastic to have that kind of world that you can escape into in the midst of a the road, you're moving from one place to another but it's also very disorienting, then to go to this vivid and inspiring world in my bunk at night is really quite lovely.
