Tulloch was raised in Spain, Uruguay and Argentina. She was born and raised in San Diego California. Tulloch is known as Bitsie, which is not an abbreviation from her original name Elizabeth. The name is in reference to a nickname that was given to her father during World War II who also participated in the Goldsboro B52, a crash.
